The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office has scored Trumpcare…and it is an unmitigated disaster for Americans. In a decade 23 million people will lose their insurance. Lower income elderly people could see an 800% increase in their premiums. 800%. If you have elderly parents, you should start budgeting to provide for them. And pre-existing conditions? The CBO has confirmed what we already know: members of Congress like Bob Latta have been lying to us. Trumpcare GUTS pre-existing conditions. Trumpcare will make people sicker and keep more people away from healthcare. It is an immoral bill, and it will be a train wreck for America.
Call Bob Latta, and remind him of how he voted for this bill. Ask him, now that there is a CBO score, how he plans to protect preexisting conditions and save people on Medicaid.
