Alas, poor Portman. He is the senator who just can’t decide. First he was against Trumpcare because it cut Medicaid in Ohio. Now, when presented with a new version of Trumpcare that cuts Medicaid just as much as the previous version, Portman cannot decide. He says he “will review” the text of the new bill (he already knows what is in it, and how bad it will be for Ohio). Let’s help Rob Portman “decide.”
