We did it. We stopped Trumpcare, and it looks like Mitch McConnell’s last-ditch effort to repeal Obamacare has also failed. Portman, along with two other senators, has come out against a full repeal.
First, congratulate yourself. Crack open a beer, pop some champagne, pour some extra ice tea. Whatever suits you. You’ve earned it.
Second, remember to keep fighting and keep calling. Trumpcare is not truly dead until there is Democratic control in Congress. Call Portman and make sure he remains resolute in refusing to repeal Obamacare without a replacement.
