Trump golfed as Puerto Ricans died. Instead of taking concrete steps to rebuild and provide clean water to the two million Americans without water in Puerto Rico, Trump decided to do the only two things he understands: picking a Twitter fight, and golfing. Since we cannot rely on Trump to help the people of Puerto Rico, Congress must take matters into its own hands. Congress must immediately approve an aid package to help the people of Puerto Rico.
